Shipping Policy

At Lawn & Looms, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely across Pakistan.

 

Shipping Charges

·        Free nationwide shipping is available on all orders above PKR 4,999.

·        A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be charged on orders below PKR 4,999.

·        Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately at checkout and included in the final order total.

 

Order Processing & Delivery

·        Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and dispatched on the next working day after confirmation.

·        Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days across Pakistan.

·        During sales, promotions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, delivery times may be extended.

·        All deliveries are subject to product availability and order verification.

 

Order Verification

·        Orders above PKR 15,000 may require advance payment confirmation before dispatch.

·        In certain cases, Lawn & Looms may request additional payment or identity verification to ensure secure order processing.

 

Tracking Your Order

·        Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

·        Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status of their order.

 

Delivery Attempts

·        Our courier partner will make multiple attempts to deliver your parcel.

·        If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the parcel may be returned to Lawn & Looms.

 

Address Changes

·        Shipping address changes can only be requested before an order has been dispatched.

·        Once an order has been shipped, modifications to the delivery address may not be possible.

 

Shipping Partner

·        All orders are delivered through PostEx Courier Services, our official logistics partner.

 

Important Notes

·        Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

·        Customers are advised to inspect their package upon delivery and report any signs of damage or tampering immediately.

·        Please pay only the amount stated on your order invoice. If any discrepancy arises during delivery, kindly contact our customer support team.
