Return & Exchange Policy

At Lawn & Looms, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations.

 

Eligibility

·        Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

·        Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

·        A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

·        Sale, discounted, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

·        Exchanges are subject to product availability.

·        Customers may exchange an item for another product of equal value or a higher-value product by paying the difference.

·        If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit voucher of equivalent value will be issued.

 

Returns

·        Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong size.

·        Any such issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.

·        Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, a store credit voucher will be issued.

 

Refunds

·        Lawn & Looms does not offer cash refunds.

·        Approved returns will be compensated through store credit or a coupon voucher redeemable on future purchases.

 

Shipping Costs

·        Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

·        In such cases, Lawn & Looms will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.

 

Processing Time

·        Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and verified.
